Cassandra is a meditation teacher, social impact advisor and community connector. She's worked with beloved brands and for some of the world's most disruptive companies. Merging modern science innovation with ancient wisdom, her perspective is rooted in the interconnectedness of all beings.
She is the Founder of WELLBEINGS, a mindfulness and social impact platform featured in The New York Times. She's also a meditation teacher under the ongoing tutelage of Thupten Phuntsok, who was ordained in the lineage of the Dalai Lama.
